Perhaps when current and past clients start talking up
how glad they are that they had tech writing, CM, etc.
done.

Admittedly, that's a stretch.

Here's a question: can anyone give examples of clients
doing this? Or, at the very least, non-technical
communicators thumping the tub for technical
communications?
