Anyone here use Captivate?

Thanks- that makes a lot of sense. The only thing I'm not sure I
understand is what you're saving about being able to "stretch" the
arrows... Do you have a pic that could explain what you mean? Thank you!

Hi again

Rather than a stockpile of captions, I'd probably create one or two that
had
no callout pointer. Then I'd have perhaps the following arrow images.

* Arrow pointing straight up
* Arrow pointing straight down
* Arrow pointing straight left
* Arrow pointing straight right
* Arrow pointing up and left
* Arrow pointing up and right
* Arrow pointing down and left
* Arrow pointing down and right

This way, I could just insert the arrow, possibly stretch it (would
depend
on how the stretching affected the tip) then superimpose the caption.

Hopefully this helps... Rick :)

Thanks, Rick. That is a bummer. So I think you're suggesting that I
create a "stockpile" of customized captions with arrows in a few
different places, so I have more to choose from and at least they're
somewhat customized?

Thanks for the link and the advice.
