Customizing TOCs

$$$Ka-ching! There is a way to do this, if the customer has funds for 
development. If you are getting paid the same amount for customization 
as for the usual, that would be a problem. I am sure it will take some 
time to determine the best way to meet this customer's needs. I just 
hope you (or your company) bills for it. That way you can pay a 
developer to figure out the how so all you have to do is implement it. 
Crass, I know, but if there is no compelling reason for this change 
other than "the customer wants it" then make sure it gets properly funded.
