Process Overview Examples

Hello,
I've just completed a draft process overview, to help colleagues in China understand our engineering change request process.
I've created it in a playscript format, which looks ok and appears clear enough, but I've been trying to find some different examples to see if there are any better ways of laying this out.
I'm using RoboHelp X5, but don't really want to go too fancy with links and jumps and pop ups etc, just want clarity and brevity - I always struggle getting this right.
Can anyone point me to some good examples on the web?
I've googled a few different things but am only finding narrative overviews, exactly what I'm trying to avoid.
 
Any suggestions gratefully accepted :-)
