While I have not heard first hand of anyone using Agile in hardware
production, I do know that people are using it for non-software related
projects. The process and philosophy can be used against any task-based
project or scenario that you can complete in small increments, with a team
effort moving the project along. 

We have used the Agile method to handle our office move, the rewrite of a
User's Guide, and the planning of a large company function. 

What kinds of questions do you have, and what kind of help are you looking
for?
