Conducting Telephone Interviews

Yeah I hate that question. You know the interviewer has a preferred
reply, the trick is to get it right.  If you respond that you see
yourself doing something outside TC, they might think you won't stick
around that long. If you say you see yourself doing pretty much what you
do when you start job, it looks like you have no ambition or desire for
growth. Definitely a minefield.

I have just found out that I am to conduct a telephone interview
(tomorrow
morning 5/12 at 10) for a candidate for a co-techwriting position. I

never done one and would appreciate any quick tips as to the questions
