Conducting Telephone Interviews

The interview question that I have always hated is "what do you want to see
on your tombstone?" The last time I was asked that, it was by a 20
something interviewer when I was in my 50's ( I was born in 1946) and my
response was "Died 2048"

Two good questions to ask are:
1. How do you feel about tech writing standards and why?
This will give you an insight into their ability and desire to conform to
your organization's TW standards and conventions.

2. What do you feel is a key principle in knowledge transfer for adults?
This is really open-ended, but will give you an idea of how they would
approach the development of technical documentation.
