It very much depends - there are three basic answers:
1	None at all - ISO standards don't apply to what you're
documenting.

2	Product specific standards - standards that relate to what
you're documenting need to be taken into account (e.g. aviation
standards).

3	Depending on the TC policy where you work there are various
standards that are specific to tech comm that may be followed by your
company (e.g. ISI/IEC 18019 - Software and systems engineering,
Guidelines for the design and preparation of user documentation for
application software)
