IIRC, the thrust of the original HTML Help was to deliver only the requested 
page without having to download the entire .chm file in order to get the 
requested page.  This design was touted, at the time it was introduced, as 
devised specifically to make it faster at delivering centralized help over a 
network.  

If hackers have been putting that vision to the acid test and succeeded, then 
I guess we're back to pushing updated help files to workstations.  Or are we 
all the way back to sneakernet again?  Hot diggity, maybe I can write off my 
iPod and Nikes!
