   What Ken has talked about has been bantered about in my wife's organization
   also, and it was discussed at my former employer.  Luckily for us, it hasn't
   gotten any farther than just talk where she works.  As Ken says, it does
   seem to be a growing trend.  If it is a trend, then it will impact all of us
   working as contractors.
