5 Users in a Room

If you were at a meeting with five of your users, and you were given an
opportunity to ask one question to solicit feedback from them about product
documentation, what one open-ended question would you ask?

I was thinking back to my early days as a writer and remembered that when I
worked at Microware, I had this exact chance, although it was more like
20-30 users annually.  And power users at that.  We held an annual users
conference and set up these ask the expert round tables.  I ran the docs
round table and I didn't have to ask anything.  If you get 5 users in a room
with the author of some manual of a product they use, they will pepper you
with questions...  You don't need to come up with any :)
