In the first 15 minutes:

1) Stop the build
2) Get Change Management, Documentation Management, and Sales talking
because there is the chance that the build may need to be put off for
a day or two.
3) Contact my girlfriend and let her know I'm going to be working the
weekend, which is too bad because tomorrow is my birthday and she has
broadway tickets.
