Um...what? [drinks more coffee].  Are you referring to two recruiters within
the same company?  If not, then I don't understand.  Recruiters are always
in competition with one another.  They build their reputations by sending
companies the better candidates.

See "um...what?" above.  What do I care if they receive a commission or not?
Are you saying that recruiters who receive a commission work harder for the
candidate?
