Yet Another Recruiter Question

Two competing recruiting firms. I've had situations where I was getting
resumes from four different staffing agencies.
Do you think they submit you to companies for free? You don't care about
their commission, but believe me, THEY do.
They build their reputation by sending companies candidates who get hired.
