That's why my answer about "in the first 15 minutes" would be, "Well,
the first thing I would do is take a deep breath and evaluate the
source."

I'm also a big fan of answering interview questions with, "Hmmm.
Interesting question. Let me think about that for a second."

People think that interviews are this big high-pressure thing, and that
you have to have every answer ready to hand. You don't. It's just
another situation where you're getting to know the person and they're
getting to know you. You can take a second.
