No. The linked document WAS the appeal. Hence Microsoft Canada (Appellant) 
and OIQ (Respondent).

The Superior Court of Quebec (criminal division) ruled against Microsoft 
in the appeal and dismissed the appeal upholding the judgement of the 
lower court.
