Bored with TNR, Arial, Garamond, and Verdana - Any Ideas?

I like Sylfaen (serif) for body text - nice, clean look - and Lucida Sans
for headings. Palatino Linotype is good for character formats on top of body
text - or for use in image captions. Sylfaen, however, does not look too
good in bold, and (IMHO) sucks when italicized. That's why any emphasized
text is usually at least a different color, and mostly a different font,
too.
No doubt almost each writer on this list has their own favorite fonts, likes
and dislikes acquired from years of experience... this promises to be an
interesting thread! :-)
