Can I Automatically Insert Section Breaks?

This problem is a reasonable candidate for a macro, but do yourself a 
favor and be sure that you know everything about Word behavior and the 
role of sections in Word documents.  If you don't know that material 
cold, you probably don't want to risk doubling your workload by 
accidently trashing your headers/footers/TOC.
