I am chiming in because I am the Product Manager for Doc-To-Help and I
want to point you (and anybody else who may be interested) to some
resources.

All these are available for free:

One hour starter training session:
Visit our site, www.doctohelp.com, and follow the links.

Tutorials and Getting Started Guide:
Look in the start menu. You will see some resources there.

How-to articles:
Our support site, helpcentral.componentone.com, has some helpful
articles. Just click on the "articles" link. Be warned that there is
information for our development tools there as well.

Forums:
There are two forums you will find useful. We have a forum on the
HelpCentral site (you can find it under "Community"). Paul Neshamkin
also moderates a Yahoo user group, D2Husers.

Online Support:
You are also entitled to free online support.

We also sell full training (www.doctohelp.com/training).

All that said, new Doc-To-Help users do sometimes experience a learning
curve because it is different than most HATs. Once you get started, you
will find that it is not a difficult tool to use.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask here or off-list,
