I can't say that I have a "favorite" anything involving work but I guess the procedure manuals are my most challenging, and most rewarding, for some of the same reasons. The graphics and artwork challenge my artistic side and I like seeing someone do a procedure that I wrote, and compliment me on how easy it was to follow.

I've never heard of "SVD's." 

Sounds like a social disease.
