Why marketing should make the user manuals

Marketing should be producing literature to sell stuff. Tech Pubs should be
producing product manuals. People in Marketing have a different skill set.
There is a reason they call it _Technical_ writing. If you are concerned
about documents looking pretty, put Marketing in charge of the style guide.
