If you only need it occasionally and don't want to change the ini file
as Bill suggested and don't like having to got Paste Special... you
might want to have a look at a little freebie called PureText.
http://stevemiller.net/puretext/
It basically does the same as Paste Special but can be set up with a
shortcut key.
