About the font of the newly inserted text

Very appreciated for your kind help!
And sorry for this late reply.. That's my first time to post a question to this list,  just  lose track of my thread...

I need to clarify that the problem does occurs when I insert new text. 
And while attempting to reproduce this problem today, I locate the most likely criminal--It's the languge input tool I used that should take the blame. As I need to input Chinese, I used a samll tool called "unispim", which can facilitate Chinese input, while supporting English input. 
When I use it to input English, all letters inserted are formated in a Chinese font called "SontTi", instead of the paragraph character font...

But thank you all anyway! I know more on maker.ini now;-p

Yankee Clipper is another useful freebie in the Clipboard organizer category.

If you only need it occasionally and don't want to change the ini file as Bill suggested and don't like having to got Paste Special... you might want to have a look at a little freebie called PureText.
http://stevemiller.net/puretext/
It basically does the same as Paste Special but can be set up with a shortcut key.
