Further on AuthorIT, having used it previously for a couple of years I can
happily confirm that tech support was ALWAYS quick and timely (the time gap
was actually beneficial, most times I'd email support late in the afternoon
and have an answer awaiting me when I got into work the next morning).
It's certainly no more expensive than any other HATT, and if you through it
into the "proper" single source crowd then it's actually a lot cheaper
(Arbortext anyone??)
