Content of a business requirement vs Functional Requirement

Here's a very broad definition of the differences:
Business requirement identifies what's needed and why.
Functional requirement identifies what's needed and how.
Granted this is a big generalization but what info you include in your requrement docs will vary depending upon the industry, org needs & structure, and availability of other supporting documents (PRD, MRD, technical specs, etc.)
So, while it's useful to see how other people structure these docs for their needs, it's vital to understand who will be getting & using these documents and what they need to know.

I saw a posting similar to this...but I need to know what content to include in the business/functional docs etc. The more I know, the better. I have to present ideas to my client.
