Reviewing Tool - Not Convinced to Use One

Adobe Acrobat Professional. You can set up shared directory reviews,
allow everyone to comment on each other's comments, notify you of new
comments, etc. And all it takes is a seat of Acrobat Pro for the
writer... everyone else can use the free Reader to mark up the
reviews.
