The tastiest suggestion from Wroblewski, Victoria was:

The trick will be getting the cake delivery co-ordinated at all the remote
offices... and withholding it if the person doesn't dial in.   
Perhaps if we enlist the local office managers as "goons" and enforcers?

I can just see the irate e-mails now...
