The problem ain't that they don't have time to read. It's
that they are distressed by the thought of the effort of
reading. "Forget the road, gimme the destination; not the
hook and line, I want the fish!" Some people have no
patience with instructions. "No time" is just an excuse.

Ever give directions to a lost driver? "Go to the light
and turn left. Then take your second right and you'll
see the tire store right there. Got it?" "Yeah, yeah.
Thanks." Vroom, vroom, and then he turns right at the
light. I think that the same people who don't read also
don't listen.
