Automating repetitive task?

Word's VB capabilities are engineered for this exact task. The online
Help should walk you through it well. I'm no longer a "Word maven" but
I remember there also being a "record macro" capability that allowed
you to record yourself going through one sequence and being able to
reuse it as a push-button macro.
