an apology (LinkedIn fiasco)

So now Bill has 346 connections.  Well that's impressive and hilarious.
He'll need to have 500+ to get to LinkedIn's too many to count status for
members that mention STC or "Technical Writing."  Of the LinkedIn members
that mention TechWr-l (and shouldn't we all put that in every profile we
have of ourselves), the member with the highest number of connections (from
my search) has 185 connections.  

Here's the TechWr question... Does anyone have any opinions about LinkedIn's
value as a networking tool for business?
