IE7 has no back button in popups

Right, I really should have said something like "jumping to a new URL in
a new window"--that was my situation. I wanted a new URL in a new window
which users can then browse in...

I think this is correct. Technically, "popup" was probably the wrong
term for me to use. ("A popup only has scroll bars and a close
button...")

Anyway, as Lauren reported, including "location=yes" in the javascript
opened the new window with navigation buttons. Apparently, this was not
necessary in IE6 but is now necessary in IE7!
