I'm not yet 30, but I follow up every interview with a thank you note.
I also prefer to send paper résumés on (at least) 32lb paper... and I press
the edges of each fold with a spoon to get a clean, crisp edge.
All of this may have more to do with my OCD than my age, though. :)
