Upgrading Acrobat without messing up Word

Good news -- the upgrade went fine. Acrobat even _asked my permission_
before it overwrote the old Acrobat 6 files, can you imagine? And
PDFMaker.dot vanished gracefully.
Acrobat 8 scans faster, prints faster to PDF, and creates watermarks
faster (and with less file bloat). Worth every penny.
