Domain knowledge is *so* much more valuable than writing experience,
most of the time. As already mentioned, that is likely why they
approached you about it. Figure out what your time is worth to you,
and then see if they will blink first and make the offer. If you don't
need the job, you have a bit more leverage in the making-them-blink
arena. :-)
