"Strict" Word template for end-users

If you find a way to do it, let me know. I've faced the same situation on many occasions. I haven't seriously tried the Protect Document options that Sean pointed you to - I never got enough buy in from the powers-that-be to force the issue. I vaguely remember testing them and finding some problems.
