Yes, this is the reason I hesitate. This doc will be read by brokers, lawyers, accountants, etc. Some will be terrifically literal, and who knows what approach the lawyers will take. I'm thinking that as painful as the repetition is, it lacks ambiguity, and that may be the CYA factor with this audience.
