MS Word Question -- about templates

If the server-based version of the template is in a folder pointed to by the
User Templates folder or Workgroup Templates folder (but not subfolders of
them) it will be automatically attached provided the original template is no
longer available. Word attempts to automatically attach templates in the
following order
- The template file in the original location when the document was last
saved
- A template file of the same name in the User templates or workgroup
templates folder
- A template file of the same name in the same folder as the document
If none of these can be found, normal.dot is attached.
