I was trying to stay consistent with Dori's terminology to avoid 
confusion. However, in real life (at least in my experience), it's hard 
enough to persuade management to hire one person--there's no chance of 
getting two. So you find someone with both skill sets. And maybe that 
person is the company's webmaster, too ;-)
