"eight C's" of effective training

At the risk of looking like a smart-ass, which I frequently do, here are 7 C's of training, just make up the 8th one.

"Communication, clarity, creativity, confidence, congruity, consistency, and condition."
Oh wait, were those 8 C's of training supposed to be directed at people? I think dog training translates well into people training. Just go with it.
Or maybe people are completely different.

"Cohesive, collaborative, comprehensive, continuous, commited, cognitive, all within a culture that is contemplative."
I think that the dog C's are better, except for "condition." That's more of a dog thing. And the people one is for successful schools, not training.
What I think really happened here is that a manager heard a key term, "8 C's of effective training," and thought it was a standard term that all trainers should know.

The eMedia link is for business writing; in fact,
there are all sorts of eight C's out there, but
apparently none that *literally* say they're for
"training", much less "effective training".
Or did I miss something?
