Agreed, we are a litigious society, but the burden of proof would be on the
recruitment agencies.  They would have to prove a) a post to this website
was actually a crime and b) the damages from that crime.  I'm assuming - in
this hypothetical situation - that a recruitment agency would argue that the
information in the post was false, and that this information reduced their
business/prevented them from doing business/ruined their reputation.

The burden of proof is on them, and it wouldn't be easy to prove.  The
plaintiff better have some well-funded legal guns.

The feedback contained in this thread has been very valuable.  I hadn't
thought about recruitment agencies posting glowing reviews about themselves.
Personally, I think a site like this would be of value.

I worked for a recruitment agency that didn't do direct deposit, nor did
they mail or deliver paychecks.  To get paid, one had to drive to their
corporate office.  Had I known that ahead of time, I probably wouldn't have
done business with them.
