"Tech writers" are not "tech writers"

I couldn't find a definition, but the word appeared in (order of
frequency) Lithuanian, Swedish, Norwegian, German and Russian. And then
I found someone beat us to it:

“tekom” will take place from November 7th to 9th in the Rhein-Main
Hallen in Wiesbaden, Germany. Last year’s conference saw more than

this year."

Well, how dare they... but it seems the word works, at least on one
continent.
