Thank you. I'm on the same page as you. One team is using RoboHelp to
author, but another team uses MS Word. I like MS Word because there is no
learning curve involved and it has online editing features. I don't think
RoboHelp has that feature.

Well, I don't do that, but if I did, I'd be working with the
_source_files_, not the help deliverables. What's the help being
authored in -- FM, Word, RoboHelp, Flare, Notepad, ...? I'd either do
your editing in the authoring application, or I'd create (or have the
authors create) an edit copy in the authoring application (by printing
or creating a PDF or exporting to...) and mark that up. I wouldn't try
to mark up the Help.
