Online Help Editors

That is a perfectly fine process. Unfortunately, that would work very well
in my situation, because I'm editing Help written by a group in France. So
I'd like some method to edit online and send back to the authors. 

I was thinking of editing HTML files in MS Word using Track Changes, so the
authors could see my edits and then make the necessary changes via RH or
some tool.

I blame this workflow on my Minor in Secondary Education. 

I print it, use a non-red ink pen, and take it to the person to show
them my suggestions. Having a piece of paper is easier, for me, than to
have us look at it online.
