Look on the bright side.  When your boss asks how you prioritize your tasks,
you'll really impress him.

Your boss must hang out with my boss.  He does this all the time.  I've put
so many projects on the back burners that I had to borrow the neighbor's
stove.  Then he acts surprised when I tell him that priority #1 #37 will be
completed next week.
