Better yet, why don't people faced with these situations get smart and
download a for-real, powerful and efficient image editor like the GIMP? (
http://gimp.org) It's available for Windows, Linux and MacOS. It's free and
open-source (though enthusiasts will correctly tell me I have gotten the
order of attributes wrong there :-)
