Um. You need Administrator privileges on the work PC to download and
install apps. Got a clever bypass for that? Paint is always available.

Dang, I hate tightwads. Why can't they just buy a graphics
program?
Better yet, why don't people faced with these situations get smart
and download a for-real, powerful and efficient image editor like the GIMP?
( http://gimp.org) It's available for Windows, Linux and MacOS. It's free
and open-source (though enthusiasts will correctly tell me I have gotten the
order of attributes wrong there :-)
