Amazon links and how to cut 'em

Yes, affiliates can collect royalties based on data included in the link 
text.

I invariably include my name in everything I do, from manuals to help files 
(usually in the screen shots). I've also been bold enough at least once to 
include my name in the screen shot that was on the cover of a printed 
manual.
