Oh, please don't use "block" for this type of activity! Then you get clumsy
wording like "user blocking" and "user blocks" which asks the question: "Is
it a block of users, or a block on a user?"
Also, in crafts, "block" is used as a verb to mean to set the size and shape
of something, and the multiple meanings make this a very troublesome word.
