Yes. LCDs draw substantially less power.

Same here--I'm lucky enough to have two 20" LCDs.

I find LCDs crisper, myself--however, you do have to run them at their
native resolution for this to be the case. If you want to be able to
run any resolution up to the maximum, CRTs will accomodate that
without any loss of image quality.

(And of course, make sure you're comparing things fairly--comparing a
top of the line CRT to an el-cheapo LCD will give you a skewed
result....)
