Hey Stuart,

I really wasn't trying to get into a discussion about glossaries or
numbering.  There are many reasons why I would use a line break, although I
tend to avoid them when it is possible.  I provided two examples where
paragraph formatting would need to be continued with a line break rather
than restarted with a new paragraph.  All of my jobs are short-term
contracts so all of my projects have tight deadlines. Creating an ideal
technological environment where printers behave like they should is not
really possible.

The contract with the glossaries was for an office being closed in
California so that all of the work could be centralized in Kansas and the
trainer was heading out in two weeks.  The glossary was not really a
priority, so I prepared the document as quickly as possible so that it would
work and I provided that example.
